It’s like a mini (suit-filled) street festival on the rooftop of the casino. There are food tents serving tasty Chicken Quesadillas ($10) and Grilled Pork ($8), bars scattered around the perimeter, a gaming tent, drinks served in blue plastic cups and…oh…a bongo player.
