BEST ‘EVERYTHING’ STORE – PIGEONHOLE

Who knew I needed a giant candle carefully crafted in the shape of a pineapple? I didn’t, until I saw it at Pigeonhole. This quirky little store defies categorisation; selling everything from homemade gin kits to polaroids and patterned socks. It’s not all impulse buys though. Pigeonhole also stocks a collection of boutique clothing for both women and men, as well as jewellery and accessories. The store assistants are friendly and attentive, always having the patience to explain a particular item or find something for you. Attractive merchandising only adds to the experience, making it easy to spend hours in this wonderland of the miscellaneous.
