Police appeal with public following disappearance of 43-year-old Inner West man

NSW Police have appealed with members of the public for assistance following the disappearance of Arthur Vasi, a 43-year-old man missing from the Inner West.

Mr Vasi, who is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 180 centimetres tall, medium build with dark eyes and hair, has been reported missing from Rozelle and was last heard of at 6:30 pm on Wednesday 2 March, and has not been seen since.

Officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command (PAC) have expressed concern for Mr Vasi’s welfare, and have commenced an investigation into his whereabouts. Anyone with information about Mr Vasi’s whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Leichhardt PAC includes the catchment of Rozelle, as well as neighbouring suburbs Balmain, Lilyfield and Glebe. NSW Police have not said where Mr Vasi was last seen.
