UPDATEThis concert has since been cancelled following the tragic passing of drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The Foo Fighters have this morning announced their first stadium concert in Australia in two long years.

As teased by Dave Grohl on stage in Geelong (VIC) just last Friday night, the 2021 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees will return to the southern hemisphere this Spring, bringing their unrivalled Foo Fighters live experience to audiences in Sydney on December 12. Joining the Foo Fighters as special guests for the show will be Sunshine Coast (QLD) ‘Smoko’ trio The Chats, one of Australia’s most exciting and most fun punk rock bands who have previously toured alongside the likes of Queens Of The Stone Age and Cosmic Psychos.

In the second support slot will be Manchester (UK) emo power-pop dual fronted outfit Hot Milk will perform on Australian shores for the very first time when they head down our way with the Foo Fighters.

Tickets will go on sale March 10 via frontiertouring.com/foofighters.
