There’s no sign of retirement for action hero Liam Neeson as he returns to the big screen in yet another adrenalin-pumping, edge-of-your-seat motion picture which was filmed in Australia.

He plays the role of Travis Block an FBI operative whose job is to bring home the agents when they stray morally in their assignments. Dusty Crane is one of the disgraced agents who states that he won’t be playing by the bureau’s rules anymore, as the head of the FBI is allegedly having innocent civilians murdered to withhold information from being leaked. Travis with the help of a journalist unveils a government conspiracy which could wipe out FBI’s highest ranks.

Should official orders be questioned regardless of moral implications and the effect it may have on innocent people’s lives? Is it safer to live in the happiness of not knowing the truth? “If it’s a crime to speak out the truth I’m a criminal” the Federal whistle-blower declares before venturing off to prove his serious accusation.

The sudden death in the opening sequence sets the pace and anticipation of what is to follow. This is an explosive action-packed film overloaded with car chases and outlandish fight sequences that should leave audiences asking, how does Liam Neeson’s character dodge each and every bullet and doesn’t he ever run out of ammunition?

At 69 years of age, Liam Neeson is unquestionably the oldest screen hero who convincingly plays the role of the good guy, fighting for justice and against the abuse of power. However, audiences may notice there’s no difference in his character compared to characters he has played in previous action films – seemingly the same character with just a different name.
