Best Pub With a View – The Glenmore Hotel

One of the older pubs in Sydney, The Glenmore was built in 1921 and was quickly surrounded by iconic buildings. It’s one of few pubs left in the area with a roof-top seating and bar space where punters can enjoy a view of the city with schooner in hand. The roof-top area is perfect for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars and from on top of The Glenmore one can see the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Centrepoint Tower, all from the one roof. The only downside is that you need to get in early to secure the perfect spot upstairs before the place is packed.
