Following the hustle and bustle of the festive season, we could all use a relaxing, recharging, retreat weekend away. Luckily just 90 minutes away in the picturesque village of Bundanoon, the Solar Springs Retreat will reopen as an immersive health and wellness retreat for six months, beginning on Jan 10.
The special pop-up retreat will offer 24 rooms all aiming to create a space for guests to reconnect with themselves, and with nature. Curated by passionate Sydney-based wellness advocate, Brooke Brash and her personal selection of wellbeing professionals Solar Springs will offer a program which includes; mindfulness, movement and an element of play to ignite creativity.
As Brash explained, “A combination of daily stress and the constant connection to our devices has left many of us feeling disconnected. People are longing for ways to reconnect, and there is a growing shift towards the importance of self-care and awareness.”
Solar Springs, with its tranquil tree-lined gardens and spectacular views is the perfect location to learn new practices, or simply relax and rejuvenate mind and body. A range of packages from a two-night stay for a quick recharge, to much longer stays for longer-term benefits are available.
Accommodation packages begin at $590 for a two-night weekend stay per person and include all meals, daily activities and use of facilities.
