If you are one of those who mock sequels saying they are never good enough or are complaining that this Hollywood summer has been a wreck for sequels and reboots so far, well, you are in for an eye opener.

Cars 3 is uniquely Pixar and delightfully entertaining.

The movie continues with the antics of Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) both off and on track, this time seeing him pitted against newer, faster cars that run on advanced technology. To pursue his passion of racing and the desire of winning, he turns for guidance to Cruz Ramirez (Cristela Alonzo), a technician with a passion to win. Throw in the loveable odd-ball characters of Mater (best friend) and Sally Carrera (girlfriend), and Cars 3 manages to cross the finish line with flying colors.

Zipping through various themes of mentorship, faith, and endurance, Cars 3 is a definitive watch for kids with a passion for speed.
