THE BEACH BALL

It’s a fun concept, something that has been missing from the streets of Bondi for years and Rdio.com aim to kick off summer by presenting The Beach Ball.

“Bondi is really lacking a summer party, it’s been years since there’s been one, so we thought we’d team up with the Beach Road Hotel and do it,” explains co – founder and DJ Beni Single – aka Beni.

With the predicted heatwave summer ahead and Bondi being one of the most iconic beaches in the world, The Beach Ball is destined to easily draw the crowds.

Prospective attendees just need to rsvp on the website to gain free entry to this weekly Sunday party that promises surprise special guests every week.

“No better environment on a Sunday afternoon than a beach environment,” adds Single.

Obviously there is great pride in getting the ball rolling in his home town.

“Bondi is a good launch pad for us, there’s no Saturday or Sunday afternoon parties going on, so it’s a great place to do it,” says Single. (AH)
