Captain Phillips

Maltesers Moonlight Cinema is a popular alternative to traditional cinemas and reopens this summer with an exciting new 2013/14 program. Moviegoers of all ages can watch contemporary, cult and classic features in the park, whilst soaking up the ambience of the gardens.

For those who enjoy old favourites there’s no shortage of classics including Dirty Dancing, Top Gun, Life Of Brian and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Current hits such as space drama Gravity, comedy sensation We’re The Millers, Tom Hank’s action-packed Captain Phillips and box office champ Now You See Me, are all screening for those who may have missed them in cinemas.

Families are catered for with animated features Despicable Me 2, Turbo and Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 all guaranteed to mesmerise the young children. A Grease sing-a-long for those who wish to showcase their talent should also be a fun night.

Advanced previews are always popular and the 2013/14 program contains some of the most anticipated Christmas releases, notably Philomena starring Judy Dench , Disney’s animated fantasy Frozen and Saving Mr Banks starring Tom Hanks.

Maltesers Moonlight Cinema promises a memorable evening and enjoyable movies under the stars. (MM)
