FALLING STACKS – DOGO ARGENTINO
This is Falling Stacks, they’ve been quietly making EPs and here is another one.
Dogo Argentino is a short, fast mix of the strange and the strangely familiar, like a robotic womb. Beating with the rhythmic pulse of a walking bass line, this album goes from good, to interesting and back again.
White Wild Hare starts it off with some intriguing and repetitive riffs, dropping listeners right in a big pool of crazy once they’ve begun to get used to it.
Similar jumps between a constant rhythm and the out of control, move throughout, leaving listeners breathing heavily on the other side. (SP)
