During September, Sake is embracing a month-long sakura (cherry blossom) festival. Expect to find sakura-inspired cocktails, decorations and cherry blossom festival dishes that utilise Japanese spring flavours. They’ll be offering everything from Cherry Blossom Bento ($45) lunches to Sakura saké flights to a signature cocktail, the Sakura Royale.
