EVERYBODY HAS A PLAN

EVERYBODY HAS A PLAN

From Argentina comes Everybody Has A Plan, a crime thriller about a doctor (Viggo Mortensen) who becomes frustrated with his tedious life in Buenos Aires and takes on the identity of his identical twin once he dies. The repercussions are immense, as his brother mixed with dangerous criminals.

After an intriguing start with promise of much more to come, the story halts and refuses to ignite. A potentially good plot is let down by a tedious and lacklustre script, which becomes increasingly dull and draining to watch. The movie’s length (118 mins) also has adverse effects, downgrading the excitement of the few action sequences. Beautiful locations and good performances from the cast fail to compensate, resulting in a somewhat disappointing movie experience. (MM)
