THE ROCKS VILLAGE BIZARRE

THE ROCKS VILLAGE BIZARRE

Every Friday night sees the nooks and crannies of The Rocks energised as cabaret artists, burlesque beauties and outlandish performers creatively celebrate the curious and infamous history of the precinct.

Creative Producer Michael Cohen says “the Village Bizarre really hit its mark this year with a larger program that is infused with a fringe festival feel all in the heart of Sydney.”

Pick your own path through the laneways to discover pop-up bars and engaging performances or experience a personalised blindfolded one-on-one tour of The Rocks with Blind Date.

A diverse and unsettling line-up of colourful characters will delight and provoke audiences with quirky stories and situations in Cabinet of Curiosities where the program changes weekly.

Experience the intimate and interactive tragi-comedy of Uta Uber Kool Ja (pictured) that takes place in a hotel room of the Holiday Inn Old Sydney or just dance like no one’s watching at the Silent Disco.

Every Friday until Dec 21, 6.30-10pm, The Rocks precinct, free-$25, 9240 8500, therocks.com/villagebizarre
