The Carbon Emissions Trading scheme is gathering steam, where big polluters have a god-given right to pollute, and can sell this pollution to fellow sinners.
What about individuals? Why is this cash-cow for being sustainable not offered to ‘greenies’- those who walk and ride bicycles? Tops-golb doesn’t drive a car, and could do with a few extra bucks off those that may own two, and drive every day.
