If you fancy some salmon bagels, French toast with strawberries and bacon, egg cups and a pink themed beverage for breakfast on Tuesday 6th October, trot along to Jacksons on George between 8am-9.30am. They’ll be turning the place pink for the day, with attendees being spoilt with canapés, cocktails, a gift bag and the knowledge that their hard earned cash will go to the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation.  Book now: (02) 9251 1200

Spring into Sepia

High on my current dining to-do list is Chef Martin Benn’s Queensland Spanner Crab and Buckwheat Risotto at Sepia. It seems I’m not the only one keen to try his seven course Spring Tasting Menu – due to popular demand they’ll now be opening on Saturdays from the 12th September.  Reservations are essential for the $130/head menu ($190/head with matched wines).
