B Boys – Dudu

The B Boys manage to capture the bleak mundaneness of everyday life but deliver it in a way which is somehow engaging and enjoyable to listen along to.
Throughout the record, the band lay down track after track of buzzing indie rock. What truly sets them apart though is the clear, simple and matter of fact delivery of their lyrics. Particularly on single, No, which has the listener tagging along on perhaps the worst possible day of all time, where simply everything goes wrong. This song could have easily been boring but is somehow familiar and intriguing.
Dudu by B Boys is a record for everybody, there is bound to be at least one song you connect with on this record. The record will be particularly compelling though if you have ever struggled through a sense of alienation or anxiety in modern society.
