Jurassic Lounge: Halloween

Jurassic Lounge: Halloween

Most clubs offer more or less the same experience: a vibrant atmosphere, cocktails, and music. You usually leave almost exactly the same as you came, but with a much lighter wallet. Jurassic Lounge: Halloween, however, will not only offer its guests an entertaining club experience, but an educational one. With all of the museum’s galleries and exhibits open to guests, program manager Sue Saxon claims that “there’s a good chance you’ll leave smarter than when you arrived.”

Though you may wind up learning a few things over the course of the night, that doesn’t mean you can’t also party till your heart’s content. Guests will have plenty of opportunities to dance and enjoy live music at the “fright-fest” dance off, a silent disco, and a performance from the ‘Raise the Dead Drummers.’

If dancing’s not your thing, there are a host of interactive Halloween themed activities to take part in. From the ‘Dead Petting Zoo’ to ‘Haunted Gallery Ghost Tours’ to a ‘Dating After Death’ speed dating event with zombie style makeup, you’ll be hard pressed to get through all of the event’s offerings.

The dress code, too, will make for a memorable night.

“We encourage our guests to get their best Halloween on and they rarely disappoint… efforts [will be] rewarded in the Best Dressed competition and recorded at the Jurassic Lounge photo booth!”

For fans of lively parties, stimulating museum exhibits, and everything in between, Jurassic Lounge offers the perfect way to get into the Halloween festivities.
