Step into the Lobo Plantation and be transported to twentieth century Cuba: it’s a place where Hemingway and Fitzgerald may have congregated in the 1920s. It’s cosy and resplendent with leather upholstery and chesterfield banquettes, with rum and gin themed cocktails particularly satisfying. The staff are warm and charming, the drink-list comprehensive, and the bar snacks delicious. As any cultured Cuban would say, it’s simply ‘Maravilloso’. (BW) (RG)
