If there was a protein heaven, its name would be Una’s Restaurant. This is where the best animals would go when they die, to have their succulent flesh interred in perfectly crisp, golden brown breadcrumbs and complemented with creamy-crunchy potato rosti, as God intended. When you first lay eyes on the jumbo-plate-sized helping of meaty goodness, you’ll think you can’t possibly eat it all. Afterwards you’ll realise you couldn’t have stopped yourself. Theoretically you could wash it all down with something other than a Germanic beer, but if so you’ll be committing sacrilege. (NH)
