‘The Chef’ Tracy Archer and ‘The Butcher’ Roger Bond are the duo behind the Bonarché Burger. Both local to the area, they book the approach serving up the delicious burgers they had a craving for, but couldn’t seem to find. Part of the success of their burgers comes from the fact that everything in the process is custom rather than mass-produced. Even small details like the sauces being made from scratch, help make the burger at Bonarché the best in Sydney. Many of the ingredients are also locally sourced from or close to Leichhardt, which has helped with their word of mouth marketing and to build their loyal, burger loving, customer base. (HD)
