Best of Sydney 2013



It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the best breakfast this side of Sydney goes to Devon. With its funky and fresh fit-out by Matt Woods and delicious food from Zachery Tan (formerly Bistro Guillaume) it’s not hard to see why. Try their ultimate toastie with truffles ($25 for breakfast may sound steep, but remember; it has truffle, so really, it’s cheap). If you’re after something more traditional try the perfect eggs cooked at 63 degrees. Chefs are rapidly moving from the fine dining scene to casual eating, and at Devon, it’s not hard to see why.
