BROOKLYN BOY BAGELS

New York native, Michael Shafran is bringing a taste of his hometown to Sydney with his new venture, Brooklyn Boy Bagels. After living in Australia for more than 12 years and complaining about the lack of NYC style boiled bagels, he decided it was time to bake up or shut up. Brooklyn Boy Bagels launched in February 2013 and are now serving up bagels at pop-up locations and through online orders for home or work delivery. The bagels come in a variety of flavours priced at $4 each, plus a great selection of homemade cream cheese smears to mix and match. (HG)
