Tap Gallery has been operational for twenty four years and is a not for profit organisation that supports local artists. The bright open space has a selection of exhibition halls of varying size. It aims to mentor and guide emerging artists through all the particulars of putting a show together. In doing so, they provide support to complete novices to the somewhat experienced. It is run by enthusiastic and dedicated professional artists who want to give back to their community. Tap hosts a range of contemporary art that is often highly subversive. (LC)
