The Hazy Rose is a small bar in Darlinghurst specialising in cocktails. Not just any cocktails. Cocktails that have been invented by the owners themselves, which means you are dealing with folk who have been through much drunken trial and error to create their amazing selection. Most normal bar owners arguably wouldn’t have time for such an exhaustive process, which (by extension) makes these probably the best cocktails in Sydney. I should add that it is one of the best looking bars I have ever set foot in; if you ever wondered what a well-managed library of alcohol would look like, it is here.*HINT* Sundays are quiet.
