SYDNEY FESTIVAL: LIVE

Hair, make-up, lights and all that jazz have become key components in musical performances. Wouldn’t it be nice to be reminded the reason these artists got to where they are. Stripped bare with just an instrument and a white backdrop, musicians like Jarvis Cocker, Róisín Murphy, Clare Bowditch, Martha Wainwright and Juliette Lewis amongst many others come together in this video installation. A large-scale projection of raw talent that will bring the audience up, close and in the face of their favourite musicians. (KS)
