BEST TELECOMMUNICATIONS: TELSTRA (T-LIFE)

Ah, where to begin? I can empathise with the frustration many of us have experienced when in a telecommunications store. Scepticism aside, Telstra is one shop I’m more than happy to visit (so long as I’ve brought my bank manager with me). On a more serious note, the implementation of T-Life stores, which allow customers to get a feel for new devices before making a purchase is a fantastic idea, as is having technical staff onsite to help the technologically challenged (such as myself). Telstra is leading the way for the future, with the development of customer service lines to become 24/7 from late September- even more reason to purchase that phone with a longer battery life, but at the same time you’d better keep an eye on those phone bills.
