The Cheese Whiz’s Cheese Quiz

If most courses about cheese leave you feeling that you should be teaching the class, why not pit your palate against the best in the McIntosh and Bowman blind cheese tasting competition’ You’ll eat your way through six tables filled with mystery cheeses and wines over a ninety minute period. Your culinary ability will be tested as you attempt to identify the various milk types, cheese types, grape varieties and places of origin.
